LABRAT graffiti up and down Puget Sound

Rail bridge over I-5 South with
LABRAT KNATS graffiti.
Living in Puget Sound over the last decade, I've noticed tagging and graffiti with LABRAT or LABRAT KNATS across bridges downtown, by Lacey (picture below, the site of the recent train derailment) and down to Olympia, Washington (State).

To be clear, this graffiti is not mine, or is it associated with me. Just in case there was any question... (ha ha, lol)

  1. What does it mean anyway. It could of distracted the Amtrak Engineer to lose control of the train. It doesn't give people the right to vandalize other peoples or state property. The kind of people who do this crap are bored juvenile delinquents high on meth and other drugs. They don't have anything better to do besides Vandalizing property. How would they feel if someone took a can of spray paint and painted them with it.
